Be Who You Are

I often say “be who you are”, and while it is easier to be who you are rather than trying or pretending to be who you are not, a good question is, who exactly is that? Who are you? What are you doing here? These are fundamental questions of life that everyone must ponder sooner or later.

So how to know? How do you find out who you are and know for sure what you are doing on Earth? Meditation! Daily contemplative meditation powered by thoughts and feelings of love leads to self realization.

I recommend contemplative meditation rather than passive meditation because by actively contemplating a thought, holding a thought in mind with the intent to know the truth of reality, you will gain new knowledge from within.
